Reservations are made through your Concierge. After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation with entry code.

Charges for the use of the SPA (CHF 88.- flat rate) will be billed to you once a month. You will receive an appropriate invoice from Ledermann Management AG. Please inform as soon as possible if you are not able to come.

Please note that the SPA zone is automatically operated and for this reason it is not possible to re-schedule in cases of late arrivals.
